When you answer the 2nd question of the Summer Holiday 2012 list: ”what will be different when you achieve your goal” you begin to create your motivation. You are essentially explaining WHY your goal is worth pursuing. If the answer doesn’t excite you, review your goals, because if you aren’t excited about the outcome, you are not going to be motivated to take the steps needed to get there.
Personally I feel very excited about the differences I anticipate will happen as a result of achieving my goals; more laughs, more making, baking, constructing, crafting, playing. More quality time together. More exploring, more fresh air, more organised chaos and more cosiness. What’s not to love about that?
